Active through the South Tyrolean summer

If hiking and biking isn’t enough for you: the fantastic leisure offer in Valle Aurina!

Discover Val Pusteria in the summer: in the outdoor swimming pool or in one of the many swimming lakes of Val Pusteria, sunbathing on the extensive meadows, strolling through the villages at one of the many events, enjoying street food, on a cultural visit to a museum or to San Candido with all its history, to Brunico or to the impressive Taufers Castle.

Water fun in the Val Pusterian summer

The Rafting Club Activ in Campo Tures organises adventurous rafting trips and canyoning near the Hotel Mair in Caminata. Unforgettable tours provide adrenaline kicks for beginners and those full of courage. Experienced tour guides, who have been accompanying individuals and groups individually for 30 years, have the right nature experience for everyone.

Make your way to the vertical!

The Monte Spico via ferrata leads up to the summit cross of Monte Spico at 2517 meters altitude. The tour with an elevation gain of 350 meters can easily be reached via cable car. Kids between 6 and 12 years of age wanting to reach the stars gather their first experience on the via ferrata with difficulty A. The pirate via ferrata “Piratenklettersteig” provides a first familiarity with mountains.

From a bird’s eye perspective

Monte Spico is an ideal area for paragliding. This is true for beginners as well as for experienced pilots. Enjoy a flight from June to September, which can also be booked as a tandem flight. Ideal wind and weather conditions prevail here, and from Hotel Mair the take-off site can be reached in no time thanks to the cable car up Monte Spico.
