The culinary philosophy of the Hotel Mair. Traditional South Tyrolean dishes and Italian delicacies.

Experience tells us that a South Tyrolean holiday is always, genuinely always, closely linked to delicious food and drink: whether it be Törggelen, tasting all the typical traditional dishes, of which there are many especially here in Val Pusteria and Valle Aurina, or in one of the numerous innovative restaurants, that are cropping up everywhere like mushrooms. At the Hotel Mair we offer you the whole range of culinary temptations. We hope you will be impressed!

Breakfast

The sumptuous breakfast buffet offers crusty bread, delicious local and regional cold meats and cheeses, tasty jams, healthy muesli, yoghurt and various juices. Add to that a fresh cup of cappuccino or espresso and you’re ready to start your day!

Dinner

In the evenings, the four-course set menu lovingly put together by head chef Mattias Mairhofer has something for every taste: You will not find it easy to choose from the two starters and two mains! There is always a vegetarian option, and we naturally take allergies and food intolerances into account. There is also a healthy fresh salad buffet, and of course a delicious dessert!

There are also starters or dessert buffets and “Tyrolean evenings” with typical dishes. Non‑residents wishing to dine from our á-la-carte menu are also welcome in our restaurant. We are also happy to host family or corporate celebrations.
